Cooperation Agreement with ECC

The company plays a vital role in Ukraine’s recovery by mobilizing funding from international partners for strategic projects and serving as the primary integrator under an open EPC+F (Engineering, Procurement, Construction + Financing) model. ECC attracts long-term financing for both public and private clients, enabling the execution of high-impact projects that support national priorities and commercial ventures alike. All ECC-led initiatives strictly adhere to the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

The open EPC+F model promotes flexibility and transparency in contractor and supplier selection, enabling collaboration between Ukrainian and international stakeholders. Through this approach, ECC delivers competitive, efficient, and resilient project outcomes—supporting not only public-sector recovery but also private-sector growth and industrial revitalization.

At COSA, together with Fincordtech Management, we are proud to serve as a reliable partner to ECC in Ukraine. During the Ukraine Recovery Conference, we formalized our partnership through the signing of a Cooperation Agreement aimed at fostering an environment conducive to innovation—both domestically and internationally. Together, we are committed to identifying solutions and implementing projects for Ukraine’s reconstruction across key sectors such as infrastructure, energy, protective facilities, and demining.

As our contribution, we are actively sourcing and preparing the most relevant public and private sector projects in Ukraine, guided by our shared vision and values.
