Baltic-Black Sea Regional Security. Global Perspective

Recent events in the Baltic-Black Sea region have heightened risks for regional countries, first of all, for Ukraine, but also for the European Union, and the broader transatlantic community. The EU continues to develop its stance on the changing situation in Belarus and its potential consequences.

Europe’s fragmented vision for the futures of Ukraine and Belarus allows Russia more opportunities for strategic maneuvers. What could be the role of Ukraine in Black Sea regional security during this turbulent period? Will the United States increase its involvement in these unfolding events?

The Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA) and the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) with the support of COSA intelligence company organized a discussion devoted to these key issues: Baltic-Black Sea regional security, potential Russian actions, prospects of the Caucasus countries, hybrid warfare, European security, and Euro-Atlantic military and political cooperation.
